Senior Manager, Growth Marketing & Partnerships (GC&F)

Senior Manager, Growth Marketing & Partnerships on the Gift Card & Flyers team supporting Factor US. Plans, executes, and manages partnerships for print insert media programs to drive customer acquisition and brand growth, including onboarding partners, analyzing campaigns, and forecasting performance. Owns a multi-million dollar channel budget, oversees budget steering, and collaborates with printers, media agencies, and internal teams to manage deliverables, approvals, offers, creative assets, contracts, and QA. Leads negotiations with external partners, develops creative briefs with the Brand team, runs creative tests, and shares insights to optimize performance. Provides data-driven analysis to identify opportunities, builds a rigorous test roadmap with lift tests and A/B testing, and oversees campaign setup including legal reviews, finance onboarding, invoicing, and reporting. Collaborates with business development, retail media, and corporate partnership teams to design cross-channel campaigns and leverages AI to automate execution. Requires a customer acquisition background, experience with offline/print programs or brand partnerships, strong communication, project management, and a proactive, data-driven mindset.
