Senior Manager, Group Sourcing

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end indirect sourcing strategy across key technology categories (Hardware, Software, Applications, Network and Security) and support category planning, spend analysis, and supplier negotiations. Manage sourcing activities from demand planning to supplier selection, negotiation, and contract finalization; deliver cost savings opportunities and drive efficiency across the category’s supply chain. Provide specialist sourcing guidance to business units, oversee governance and Ariba implementation, and manage non-employee workforce onboarding/offboarding. Perform data analysis and management reporting to support performance and supplier base, collaborating with stakeholders and in-country procurement teams. Strong relationship management, communication, and cost/risk management skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- University graduate in Business /Laws/Supply Chain Management/Computer Science/Quantity Surveying/Hospitality or other relevant degrees
- Relevant advanced degree or professional certification such as CIPS/CPSM would be of advantage
- Over 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end sourcing of relevant procurement categories, best at strategic level in international financial institutes
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to present and influence across all levels
- Strong cost and risk management skills
- Self-motivated team player, capable of driving a multi-functional team
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Asian language skills would be an advantage
Desired Qualifications
