Job Summary
The Senior Manager for Government Affairs will lead strategic engagement initiatives by collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement a national agenda. Responsibilities include building relationships with stakeholders, advocating for policies supporting financial inclusion and digitalization, driving program development aligned with the company’s mission, conducting research and analysis on public policy issues, and managing client interactions. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and have over 7 years of experience in government affairs or public policy, with exceptional communication skills and a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or related fields
- Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with government entities and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and public policy issues affecting the financial industry and digital services
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- A commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace
