Senior Manager, Government Affairs & External Liaison

Senior Manager, Government Affairs & External Liaison in Korea leading shaping and managing BMS Korea’s external policy environment to support patient access and business objectives. Develop and execute government affairs and external engagement strategies; build and maintain relationships with central/local government authorities, legislative bodies, and advisory bodies; represent BMS in meetings and policy discussions. Manage external stakeholder engagement with industry associations, academic institutions, patient advocacy groups, and support open innovation programs and events. Monitor legislative and healthcare policy trends; translate policy developments into strategic insights for senior leadership; support market access strategies related to reimbursement, pricing, and HTA. Partner with internal teams across a matrix organization to ensure alignment of global strategy with local execution; develop policy briefs and talking points for external engagements; deliver high-quality policy analyses and position papers; ensure consistent messaging across external and internal audiences. On-site, hybrid, and remote-by-design accommodations are reflected in occupancy and work-model discussions.
