Job Summary
Senior Manager, Go-to-Market Operations responsible for GTM systems architecture and data/workflow infrastructure to support a scalable revenue organization. Own HubSpot and broader GTM tech stack integration (Gong, Zendesk, Zoominfo, Claude, etc.), establish governance and best practices, design AI-powered workflows, automate critical GTM workflows, ensure data quality and reliable data flows across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Account Management, and lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and Finance. Emphasizes AI adoption, operational excellence, and scalable processes to accelerate revenue growth. Requires 7+ years in relevant roles, HubSpot excellence, system integrations, API/data platforms expertise, and strong collaboration and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, or related disciplines
- Deep expertise in HubSpot administration, architecture, and ecosystem management
- Experience designing complex system integrations and operational workflows
- Strong understanding of modern GTM technology stacks, APIs, automation tools, and data platforms
- Experience implementing AI, workflow automation, or agent-based solutions within business operations
- Ability to translate business objectives into scalable systems and operational processes
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams
- Excellent project management and stakeholder leadership skills
