Job Summary
Senior Manager, Go-To-Market & Commercialization for Visa Direct. Own end-to-end commercialization lifecycle across the region—shaping opportunities, defining use cases, and orchestrating cross-functional execution to bring Visa Direct capabilities to market. Responsibilities include Product Discovery & Opportunity Shaping to ground propositions in client needs and market insights, defining target markets and use cases, developing and owning the commercialization approach and client pipeline, leading GTM execution with value proposition, positioning, pricing, and market readiness, enabling Sales, Account Management, and Solutioning teams, and coordinating across Product, Network, Technology, Risk, Legal, Operations, Pricing, and Marketing to ensure successful launches and adoption. Qualifications emphasize 8+ years of industry experience in GTM/commercialization of payment products, hands-on experience with money movement capabilities, and strong cross-functional leadership in a matrixed organization. The role is hybrid with in-office days to be confirmed by the Hiring Manager, and is based in Singapore."
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of industry related experience, including GTM/commercialization of the products and platforms in domestic and cross payments across cards, accounts, and wallets
- Demonstrated experience designing, launching, and scaling money movement capabilities, including funds flow, settlement models, pricing, risk/compliance considerations, and client adoption
- Demonstrated ability to own and deliver commercialization outcomes at scale, including adoption, revenue realization, and ongoing optimization in partnership with sales, product, and regional teams
- Creative Self-starter with a bias toward action and proven track record for successfully developing, building, launching and commercializing technology products and platforms, including value-added services
- Visa or financial/payment industry knowledge required, push payments or real-time payments experience is preferred
- Strong B2B2C product and platform commercialization experience, as well as B2B Sales/Solutioning experience
- Advanced understanding of risk, compliance, IT security, legal, and other product/platform deployment aspects
- Proven experience operating effectively in complex, matrixed, and multi-regional organizations, balancing global product priorities with regional market needs
- Previous Go-To-Market strategy development and execution are required, including market sizing, pricing, narratives, distribution channels, and driving awareness and product usage
- Strong project and product management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on delivering for clients
- Excellent listening and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to a broad audience in an approachable way to drive adoption
- Possess a high level of organizational adaptability to quickly build business relationships, trust and respect with business partners and suppliers
- Strong team player, self-motivated and the ability to work independently at coordinating across functional activities, obtain buy-in and elevate issues at critical junctures appropriately
