Job Summary
Senior Manager, GMP/GDP Audit and Post Market Compliance accountable for governance, effectiveness, and advancement of BioMarin’s global Audit & Compliance programs across internal and external sites. Leads audit program management, audit readiness, recall coordination, QRB escalations, and emerging GMP/GDP regulations; partners with cross-functional teams to embed risk-based approaches, drive data-enabled capabilities (analytics and AI), and deliver scalable oversight aligned with BioMarin’s quality strategy. Requires deep GxP expertise, strong leadership, and ability to influence across a global, matrixed organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline required.
