Job Summary
Senior Manager Global Technology leads technology operations, infrastructure, and transformation initiatives across ANZ, overseeing GT department, ensuring stability and security of systems, alignment of technology with business goals, and cross-functional collaboration with global counterparts. Key responsibilities include strategic roadmap development for cloud migrations, system integrations, and workplace technology rollouts; overseeing enterprise software lifecycle (ERP, CRM, HRIS) and AV/event technology; managing CapEx budgets; ensuring cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance; building and coaching a high-performing technology team; driving IT project implementations with cross-functional business units; vendor negotiations and budget management; and staying abreast of emerging technologies to deliver operational and commercial advantages. The role requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, collaboration, adaptability, and negotiation skills; and activity spans governance, risk, and program delivery within a global, matrixed organization. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in IT management, with a proven track record in a senior technology leadership role within a complex, global or matrixed organisation
