Job Summary
Senior Manager, Global Supply Planning responsible for leading end-to-end product supply planning across assigned portfolios, partnering with regional planners and cross-functional stakeholders to meet demand, optimize inventory and cost to serve, and drive supply resilience. Will manage and develop a team of Supply Planners across geographies, establish feasible production schedules aligned with business priorities, drive supply velocity and optimisation of planning processes, oversee 0–24 month horizon plans, and maintain prioritisation frameworks for finished goods and freight decisions. Defines governance for planning parameters, leverages data insights to enable decision-making, and engages manufacturing site leadership to optimize loading, resources, and opportunities. Requires leading with strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical capability, strong communication and influence, and a continuous improvement mindset. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (APICS CPIM or advanced degree/certification preferred), 10+ years in supply chain planning, and proficiency with SAP/Oracle/o9/Kinaxis and advanced Excel; demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS CPIM) preferred
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in supply chain planning, ideally within a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Strong experience with advanced planning and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, o9, Kinaxis) and advanced Excel capabilities
- Demonstrated end‐to‐end thinking with a strong commercial and operational mindset
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to deliver business outcomes
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
- High level of accountability with a track record of delivery excellence
