Job Summary
Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain Planning Forecasting & Inventory leads end-to-end forecast management, including statistical forecasting and demand planning cycles, supports AOP/FCAST rollups and US divisional demand processes, manages forecasting for new items, drives inventory segmentation, and partners with COE and divisional teams to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency. The role requires advanced analytics proficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership of forecasting & inventory professionals within the Global Supply Chain Planning Hub, with responsibility for communicating results and guiding tool implementations. This position emphasizes strategic planning, accuracy in forecasting, inventory optimization, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and dashboards for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Business, related field and or equivalent years of experience
- 7+ years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, or supply planning
- Proven analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Demonstrated capability to manage complexity
