Job Summary
Develop and execute a forward-looking global payroll and HRIS strategy that supports organizational growth and scalability. Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries while ensuring compliance with international, federal, state, provincial, and local regulations. Lead transformational initiatives to modernize payroll and HRIS platforms, automate workflows, and enhance the employee experience through technology and process simplification. Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams while building trusted relationships with HR, Finance, Accounting, IT, Legal, and executive leadership to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
- 12+ years of progressive payroll leadership, including significant global payroll responsibility
- Proven experience leading large-scale payroll transformation and HRIS modernization initiatives
- Experience managing complex international payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions
- High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
