Senior Manager, Global Operations Deployment

Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of operational deployments for TMS, WMS, and other business-critical applications across the organization. Execute deployment plans aligned with Global Operations leadership priorities while maintaining frameworks, project timelines, and resource plans. Coordinate branch launches and M&A integrations to support operational readiness for organic growth and expansion. Lead a small deployment team, develop hyper care support plans, and validate SOPs and training materials before go-live. Monitor deployment KPIs, analyze results, and recommend improvements to governance and methods. Prepare status reports for Operations leadership and translate business requirements into implementation plans.
