Job Summary
Senior Manager leads strategy and activation of loyalty marketing programs across loyalty and partnerships to drive Loyalty-Driven Revenue, Reward Night, and Ambassador marketing and communications plans. Responsible for cross-functional collaboration with Loyalty, Finance, Analytics, and external partners to deliver revenue growth and member engagement through owned, paid, and partner media channels. Oversees budgeting, pro-forma analyses, and ROI assessment; manages external agencies and partner relationships; and mentors a marketing team to translate customer analytics into effective campaigns and creative concepts. The role requires a track record of leadership, test-and-learn planning, data-driven decision making, and strong collaboration across diverse teams.
Required Qualifications
- Eight or more years of progressive work-related experience in commercial marketing, loyalty marketing, and/or partnership marketing
- Experience in people and team leadership with ability to coach, develop, and motivate high-performing teams
- Experience with test-and-learn scenarios and planning matrices
- Ability to work in an integrated creative environment and translate customer analytics into actionable creative briefs
- Ability to direct creative processes to build compelling messaging and concepts
- Experience handling sensitive consumer data such as financial records is a plus
- Ability to identify marketing opportunities using third-party information
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate observations into business applications
- Extremely detail oriented, highly organized with excellent time management and technical aptitude
- Team player with interpersonal skills and problem-solving orientation
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
