Job Summary
Lead lifecycle marketing strategy and program management for loyalty and partnerships across owned, paid, and partner channels. Drive 1:1 always-on communications to boost member engagement, retention, and incremental revenue. Own lifecycle roadmap development and cross-functional initiatives, partnering with Loyalty, Finance, Analytics, and other teams to translate business needs into actionable marketing ideas. Manage marketing budget and conduct pro-forma and ROI analyses; oversee external agencies and partner relationships; coach and develop marketing team members. Requires strong mix of marketing, loyalty, and partnership experience, data-driven decision making, and the ability to translate customer analytics into compelling messaging and creative concepts. Location is hybrid with three days a week in the Atlanta office; salary range $115,000–$135,000 with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Eight or more years of progressive work-related experience in marketing (commercial/loyalty/partnership)
- Experience in people and team leadership
- Experience with test-and-learn scenarios and planning matrices
- Ability to translate analytics into creative and messaging briefs
- Experience handling consumer data a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Location: hybrid role with three days/week in Atlanta office
