Job Summary
Senior Manager Global Facility Management & Maintenance responsible for driving global standards and TPM rollout across six manufacturing sites, acting as global process owner for CMMS with governance, data models, and continuous improvement, defining asset lifecycle management, and coordinating with Engineering, EHS and Operations to support energy, sustainability, business continuity, and site security; lead cross-functional communities of practice and establish KPIs for performance benchmarking. The position can be based at European sites in Malmö (Sweden), Braine-l'Alleud (Belgium), or Strasbourg (France), with international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Marine, Mechanical, Chemical or related)
- 7+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/CDMO environments
- Knowledge of TPM, Maintenance Management, and CMMS governance
- Experience harmonizing multi-site technical functions
- Strong understanding of cGMP, ISPE, and FDA expectations
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel internationally
