Job Summary
Senior Manager Global ERP Operations responsible for leading PHINIA’s Azure and RISE hosted SAP ecosystem across global cloud landscapes, ensuring operational excellence, IT SOX Audit success, and transformation in SAP S/4 initiatives. Key duties include end-to-end ERP operations management (ERP ecosystems including SAP on Azure and SAP RISE with S/4, ECC on HANA, GRC, Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP BTP, IBM Integration, and WMS integrations), SAP security and IT SOX collaboration, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery, overseeing integration strategies, managing outsourced MSPs, establishing KPI-driven processes, driving cost optimization for ERP platforms, and contributing to next-generation ERP strategies leveraging SAP S/4, BTP, and related components. Qualifications emphasize a 10+ year track record, IT/Computer Science degree, strong communication, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
