Job Summary
Senior Manager, Global Consumer Marketing leads multi-channel go-to-market plans for priority toy and game brands, translating brand strategy into campaigns across retail, media, digital and social. Partnering with cross-functional teams and external agencies, you’ll guide creative development from briefs through localization, define KPIs and optimize investments, steward program budgets, and present results to leaders. You’ll collaborate with regional marketing and accounts to reflect local realities, mentor junior team members, and seek innovative formats and partnerships to connect brands with consumers. This role will be onsite in Boston, MA or Pawtucket, RI (on a Tuesday–Thursday schedule as sites are set) and supports a global/regionally cohesive marketing function.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- 7+ years in integrated consumer marketing or brand management
- Experience with toy, game or licensing is a plus though not required
