Senior Manager, Global Accounts Payable

Senior Manager, Global Accounts Payable is responsible for owning end-to-end AP across 14 entities and multiple countries, driving an automation roadmap, ensuring SOX/IPO readiness, managing vendor/master data, and leading a global AP team in a hybrid work model. The role partners with Treasury, Tax, Legal, Procurement, and FP&A to optimize working capital, standardize controls, implement AP automation (e.g., Oracle ERP, Coupa), achieve high touchless processing, and prepare the function for potential add-on acquisitions and an eventual exit. The incumbent will build KPI dashboards, ensure compliance with VAT/withholding and cross-border requirements, and orchestrate global [AP] processes aligned with PE sponsor expectations and board-level reporting. The position emphasizes transformation, governance, risk management, and cross-functional leadership across geographies to scale an AP function toward IPO-readiness.
