Job Summary
Lead the Donor Lifecycle Strategy to build a sustainable portfolio of bequestors, focusing on acquisition, retention, and growth to increase revenue. Manage bequests strategy and annual planning, including significant revenue and expenditure budgets, using data and insights to deliver end-to-end execution. Collaborate with marketing and communications peers to utilize multi-channel, multi-touch direct marketing. This full-time contract role runs until July 2027 with a hybrid schedule of two days in office and three days from home. Salary starts at $130,000 plus super and salary packaging options.
Required Qualifications
- Substantial Bequest Fundraising Program management experience
- Proven success in people management and in a leadership position, contributing to a leadership team
- Substantial experience in managing large income and expenditure budgets to achieve measurable outcomes and performance goals
- A strong track record of developing and delivering effective acquisition, retention, and growth strategies
- Success leading multi-skilled teams, setting, and managing revenue and engagement objectives
- Demonstrated experience in a Direct Marketing environment
