Job Summary
Senior Manager, Fund Services responsible for managing all aspects of Fund accounting, Fund financial reporting and fund expenses with primary focus on Hong Kong and Macau Retirement Fund platforms. Responsibilities include coordinating financial reporting, updating main financial statements and notes, AI-assisted reconciliations, coordinating fee approvals with external fund administrators, coordinating audits with firms like EY/KPMG, ensuring data integrity, cross-functional stakeholder coordination, driving globally aligned operational approaches, updating internal control documentation, audit-readiness, data investigation and issue resolution, process improvement for eMPF/audit transformation, and ongoing regulatory and external-party coordination. Hybrid working arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- University degree with recognized professional designation majors in accounting.
- 7+ years’ work experience in financial reporting for investment funds (Prior experience in Big 4 strongly preferred).
- Strong IFRS/HKFRS/Lux GAAP and regulatory financial reporting knowledge in investment funds including tax related issues (Hong Kong, Singapore etc.).
- Knowledgeable in Mutual Fund Net Asset Value calculations, fund accounting practices, dividend distribution and fee calculation.
- Strong business partnering and interpersonal skills with experience of negotiating and influencing across stakeholders.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (preferred).
