Job Summary
Senior Manager - Full Stack Engineer for Financial Services in Charlotte or NYC. Lead API-driven full-stack development across front-end and back-end, translate business requirements into technical specs, build and secure scalable APIs, create documentation, develop automation for testing/deployment/monitoring, and mentor client development teams. Requires 5+ years of full-stack/API experience, Bachelor's in CS/SE, proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React/Angular/Vue), back-end tech (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET), API design (REST/GraphQL), databases (SQL/NoSQL), OAuth/JWT, Docker, Kubernetes, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development with significant focus on API development
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue)
- Back-end development (Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET)
- Experience with API design patterns, RESTful services, GraphQL
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling
- Familiarity with API testing frameworks and performance optimization techniques
- Understanding of OAuth, JWT, and other authentication/authorization protocols
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong communication skills
