Job Summary
Senior Manager, Fulfillment Facility Management leads facilities maintenance strategy and oversees maintenance teams to ensure high operation efficiency across Coupang's fulfillment centers. Use data analytics to track KPI, drive proactive and predictive maintenance, and optimize uptime and reliability. Responsible for managing facilities-related projects and vendors, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders (operations, safety, engineering), and communicating progress to senior leadership. Builds and develops teams, plans resource allocation, and implements continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network stability and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, operations, or related field, or substantial practical experience
- 7+ years of facilities maintenance/operations experience
- leadership or team-management experience
- ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- familiarity with facilities safety regulations and compliance
- strong problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
