Job Summary
In this role as Senior Manager, Frontend Operations Central Team, you will support the site in mitigating risks and achieving targets on Manufacturing Alignment Engineering (MAE) programs. Your responsibilities include mobilizing Central Teams, engaging in metrics reviews, overseeing equipment performance improvement initiatives, and addressing tool mismatches in process areas. You will establish global area alignment teams to standardize practices and implement improvements. Leadership qualities are essential as you will mentor team members, drive innovation, and create a culture of high performance and accountability.
