Job Summary
Senior Manager, FP&A for a fintech/payments startup. Own the financial model, lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, and build monthly reporting used by leadership and the board. Collaborate with the executive team on pricing, growth strategy, and economics behind new products/partnerships. Evolve an existing model, bring sharper insights, and provide structure as the company scales. Individual-contributor role at Senior Manager level with a clear path to finance leadership. Requires 5-8 years in FP&A or related finance areas, startup/high-growth experience, strong three-statement modeling, Advanced Excel, and fintech/payments exposure. Compensation: $130,000-$165,000 base, plus equity, bonus eligibility, and full benefits. Fully remote (US).

- Fintech/payments or transaction-based experience (a plus)

- Experience in a startup or other high-growth, low-process environment
- Strong financial modeling (three-statement model from scratch)
- Advanced Excel; experience with a modern FP&A platform is a plus
- Fintech, payments, or other transaction-based business experience is a plus
