Senior Manager FP&A

Job Summary
Partner with Portfolio Management teams to support financial oversight of investment funds representing approximately 40,000 single-family rental homes. Lead the development of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and ongoing financial reporting for fund performance and investment results. Analyze key drivers of fund results, including financial and operational trends, risks, and opportunities, while performing ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling. Develop clear presentations for senior leadership and collaborate with the Capital Markets team on long-range financial projections. Enhance financial models and reporting processes to improve decision-making and efficiency. Translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations for a team recognized as a Great Place to Work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, investment finance, corporate finance, real estate finance, or related fields
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to build and maintain detailed projections
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build effective partnerships across teams
- Experience supporting and presenting to executive leaders
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear business insights
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and business judgment
- Experience in real estate, private equity, asset management, or investment fund finance
- Familiarity with operational and financial KPIs in a portfolio-driven business
- Experience supporting long-range planning, strategic analysis, and capital markets-related initiatives
- Satisfactory background and drug screen
