Senior Manager, FP&A

Job Summary
Conduct annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning while coordinating month-end results and variance analysis across assigned terminal portfolios. Develop financial models, KPIs, and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and SQL to support executive reporting and strategic decision-making. Partner with terminal operations and senior leadership to evaluate capital investments, analyze profitability, and translate data into actionable business insights. Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews, ensuring consistent reporting methodologies and driving data-informed decision-making throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business analysis, investment analysis, or related financial roles
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, executive reporting, and strategic financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills with experience building complex financial models
- Ability to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC)
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screening

- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
- Ability to walk short distances, lift and small carry parcels, packages and other items
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Experience within logistics, transportation, terminals, shipping, infrastructure, or other capital-intensive industries
- Knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, and financial reporting processes
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, and data visualization tools
