Job Summary
Senior Manager, FP&A at Eucalyptus leads strategic financial modelling and long-range planning to support new market opportunities and product expansion. You will build driver-based models bridging high-level targets with granular data, deliver actionable insights to leadership, analyse marketing efficiency and CAC:LTV, partner with stakeholders across the business, and accelerate reporting through AI-enabled workflows and real-time dashboards. The role is hands-on, requiring independent analysis, clear communication with cross-functional teams, and a bias for rapid execution in a high-growth healthcare context.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in a high-intensity analytical environment
- Advanced financial modelling capability including building models from scratch
- Ability to perform ad hoc analysis independently and turn data into clear, decision-useful insights
- Strong commercial acumen and comfort with investment trade-offs, business performance, and growth economics
- Experience operating in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and execution speed matters
- Confidence communicating with stakeholders and working cross-functionally to gather inputs, test thinking, and influence decisions
