Job Summary
Senior Manager, FP&A leads budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the supply chain, partnering with regional and functional leaders to monitor global spending. Responsible for analyzing drivers of month-end variances versus budget/forecast; driving cost-saving initiatives. Partners with cross-functional business leads to drive value creation, designs and tracks KPIs to measure performance, and enhances reporting tools. Also leads and mentors the finance team to foster collaboration and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent professional certification preferred
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience (FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering)
- Experience with large ERP systems; NetSuite highly preferred
- Knowledge of NSPB and SmartView a plus
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams (commercial, marketing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, operations)
