Job Summary
Design and deliver high-impact executive communications, reporting, and strategic initiatives by translating complex financial data into clear narratives and visualizations for C-suite decision-making. Prepare comprehensive management reporting packages, including monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries, while developing dashboards and scorecards for earnings calls and investor meetings. Synthesize financial and operational metrics to provide strategic recommendations that drive operational efficiency and business performance. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, collaborating closely with accounting teams to ensure alignment on messaging and facilitating effective communication across departments. Establish best practices for executive reporting standards and streamline processes to improve the effectiveness of financial communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, corporate finance, or FP&A
- 2+ years of experience in executive communications, presentations, or similar role
- Exceptional PowerPoint and data visualization skills
- Business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Financial reporting systems
- Strong understanding of US GAAP
- Financial statement preparation
- Proven ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear, compelling narratives
- Structured problem-solving
- Executive-level communication
