Senior Manager, FP&A – Aetna Business Operations

Lead the Aetna Business Operations consolidated reporting team by driving financial consolidation, creating management presentations for month close, forecast, and budget, and developing multi-year strategic plans. Collaborate with the CFO to ensure accurate, timely reporting and uncover key drivers behind financial results. Standardize organizational work processes, design automation initiatives, and execute process improvements across the business. Provide ad-hoc analyses and actionable recommendations to senior leadership while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Work independently within established management frameworks to deliver detailed financial metrics and process improvement strategies.
