Job Summary
Spearhead technical engagements with customers and ASIC partners to define critical product requirements, quantify technology gaps, and drive customized silicon solutions across various nodes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IP, Packaging, and Design Enablement to map requirements to existing offerings, champion internal development, and set competitive scaling targets. Lead benchmarking activities to analyze the competitive landscape, publish regular analysis reports, and influence roadmaps to maintain leadership positions. Support business development by securing new customer engagements and exploring differentiated technology solutions through strategic partnerships. Maintain daily onsite presence in San Jose HQ with an average of 10% monthly travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related Physical Science
- Master's in Electrical Engineering or related Physical Science
- PhD in Electrical Engineer or related Physical Science
- 15+ years of experience
- 13+ Years of Industry Experience
- 10+ years of Industry Experience
- Knowledge of CMOS fundamentals
- Knowledge of Device Physics
- Knowledge of Advanced Process technology
- Knowledge of circuit design concepts
- Knowledge of device-technology interactions
- Knowledge of scaling trends
- Knowledge of their forthcoming challenges
- Experience in Logic Technology development
- Experience working with Foundries
- Broad understanding of systems and application requirements
- Experience with PPA analysis across libraries
- Experience with memory compilers
- Experience with Block-level PPA
- Experience with competitive benchmarking
- Experience in Automotive segments requirements
- Knowledge of reliability

- Daily onsite presence in San Jose HQ location
