Job Summary
Senior Manager, Forward Deployed AI Engineer role leading end-to-end AI-enabled consulting engagements, owning engagement leadership, multi-disciplinary delivery teams, and bid/proposal activities. Requires SME-level depth in at least one AI/ML domain (Agentic AI & LLM Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Platform & Cloud Engineering, or Software Engineering), strong architecture/design capabilities across cloud/data/AI, and proven ability to lead delivery teams and client engagements in a consulting context. Master’s degree or equivalent depth required; 7+ years in technology consulting, software engineering or AI/ML with prior senior leadership experience; candidate should be able to lead architecture design for AI-enabled platforms, drive production deployments at scale, and contribute to business development and client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in technology consulting, software engineering or AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science or related discipline, or equivalent depth through relevant professional certifications (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Google Professional ML Engineer)
- SME-level depth in at least one: Agentic AI/LLM Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Platform & Cloud Engineering, or Software Engineering
