Job Summary
Senior Manager, Financial Systems to lead administration, governance, and optimization of the financial systems landscape (SAP S/4HANA, OneStream, BlackLine) across accounting, reporting, planning, and analytics. Act as the primary liaison between Finance and IT, drive automation, manage system changes and upgrades, lead ERP implementations and integrations, document processes and controls, train users, oversee master data governance, support external audits and SOX/compliance, and enforce access/change controls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in financial systems management, financial transformation, or accounting systems administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO and related modules) and OneStream (or similar CPM tools such as Hyperion, Tagetik).
- Demonstrated success leading finance system implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
