Job Summary
Lead and manage the natural gas pipelines financial reporting team, overseeing monthly processes and financial activities, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance. Develop and optimize processes to drive reporting efficiencies, supervise staff, and collaborate with management, regulators, and auditors. Responsibilities include policy and procedure preparation, financial data analyses, system evaluations and enhancements, and cross-functional coordination with budgeting/forecasting teams and other accounting groups. Requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline, and extensive accounting experience; CPA preferred. Expected salary range $142,000–$214,000. Hybrid work arrangement in Tulsa, OK.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline
- Ten years of relevant accounting experience preferred
- Experience with GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with SEC reporting and SOX compliance
- Ability to supervise staff and manage processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CPA preferred
