Job Summary
Model project costs and donor budgets while forecasting quarterly and annual revenue, cash flows, and long-term scenarios. Own financial processes for templates, guidelines, and metrics, then lead financial due diligence responses to satisfy donor expectations. Collaborate with fundraising and program teams to provide value-added analysis, support Social Return on Investment calculations, and design reporting models using Netsuite and AI. Manage enterprise risk tracking, insurance policies, and global procedures while tracking Global and US operations OKRs. Create materials for the Executive Committee and Board, ensuring funds are available across regions. Based in the US East Coast time zone with periodic travel to Africa.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-10+ years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, budgeting and reporting
- Experience in an NGO or international development context
- Experience designing and creating value-added reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience implementing useful financial tools and improving the timeliness, accuracy and usefulness of financial information

Desired Qualifications
- MBA or Professional accounting certification (CPA, or equivalent)
