Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Summary

Own the end-to-end monthly close reporting process for Tarkett North America, ensuring accuracy and delivering actionable insights to the Division CFO and global headquarters. Lead consolidation of division-wide financials across sales, plant operations, and SG&A using Magnitude, SAP, and BI tools to produce a coherent performance story. Partner with the CFO to design the annual operating plan and rolling forecasts, building predictive models for revenue, margin, and cash flow while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and product teams. Serve as a key analytical resource surfacing risks and opportunities before they become problems, translating complex variance bridges into clear business narratives for senior leadership. Design and enhance FP&A dashboards, activity-based management frameworks, and KPI systems to drive a data-driven culture and reduce reporting burdens. Take ownership of strategic projects including business case development, M&A financial diligence, and operational efficiency analysis, often under tight timelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5–8+ years of progressive finance experience
  • At least 3 years in FP&A in a senior analyst or manager capacity
  • Experience in a multi-site, global manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Demonstrated experience owning a multi-segment or multi-business-unit P&L consolidation
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and coordinate across finance teams without direct supervisory authority
  • Experience operating in a matrix reporting environment with divisional and group/global stakeholders
  • Hands-on proficiency with SAP and financial consolidation systems (Magnitude or equivalent)
  • Strong command of BI and data visualization tools
  • History of building and improving FP&A processes
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
  • A collaborative self-starter who takes ownership of deliverables end-to-end
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
  • Comfortable operating at strategic altitude and in analytical detail
  • Unwavering personal and professional integrity
