Job Summary
Own annual budgets, short-range, and long-range forecasts for operational divisions while driving performance and providing strategic insights to guide decision-making. Develop standard cost processes, productivity metrics, and material consumption models to support business scaling and inventory management. Partner with operations, estimating, and project management teams to improve forecast accuracy, streamline planning cycles, and ensure data integrity across systems. Lead monthly Gross Margin Bridge reviews and quarterly business reports, managing detailed headcount planning and the month-end close process. This role serves as the strategic conduit between Finance, Operations, and Corporate Strategy, requiring 12+ years of progressive finance experience within manufacturing or construction. Located in the United States with up to 25% travel, the position offers a competitive salary range of $168,400–$221,000, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), annual bonuses, and extensive paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field
- 12+ years of progressive finance/FP&A experience
- Strong, proven background in budgeting, forecasting, and complex financial modeling
- Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized with strong time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines consistently
- Ability to handle sensitive information and confidential information with discretion
- A passion for detail and complexity
- A knack for problem solving
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
- Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and a team player
- Up to 25% travel
Desired Qualifications
- MBA, CPA, OR CFA
