Job Summary
Lead continuous forecasting and planning for Real Estate and Cyber business units, delivering accurate projections, budgets, and long-term plans. Develop driver-based financial models linking operational metrics to business outcomes, while owning variance analyses to provide actionable insights. Partner with Data & Analytics to design dashboards, integrate data sources, and ensure consistent KPI definitions for executive reporting and Board presentations. Support strategic initiatives including ROI analyses and M&A modeling, while establishing clear goals and coaching analysts to build advanced modeling skills. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvement and automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related quantitative
- 7+ years of progressive FP&A or related finance experience
- Real Estate industry experience (e.g., mortgage origination, title insurance, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling skills — advanced Excel plus experience with planning platforms (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, Oracle EPM)
- Proven ability to turn data into insights and narratives, not just numbers
- Experience with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and comfort working with large datasets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex concepts in clear, executive-ready language and graphics
- Highly responsible and accountable; takes ownership of projects from start to finish
- Track record of driving process improvement and automation
- Experience establishing and managing relationships with senior leaders to achieve desired outcomes
- Comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership
