Job Summary
Build forecasting and planning tools by partnering with IT, People, and Finance teams to modernize systems and implement solutions for the Pigment financial planning platform. Supercharge AI usage across the FP&A team while managing the corporate planning calendar, consolidating forecasts, and reconciling data to maintain a clear pulse on business performance. Develop management reporting that summarizes data for senior leadership, including the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors. Lead and mentor a small, high-impact team of analysts and associates to shape the global Corporate FP&A function. Drive operational efficiencies across cross-functional teams and forecast global budget items such as payroll taxes and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience within FP&A or other finance functions
- Expert in financial modelling
- Expert in Google Suite
- Expert in Microsoft Excel
- Expert in Pigment
