Job Summary
Lead the FP&A team in financial close, reporting, forecasting, and annual strategic planning while partnering with senior leadership to develop the company's strategy. Collaborate across corporate functions and advisor practices to build financial models, analyze performance metrics, and drive continuous process improvement for key deliverables. Manage cross-functional relationships, present company performance stories to the broader organization and Board of Directors, and develop junior team members through best practices for leveraging large datasets. Work independently to communicate initiative progress, roadblocks, and timelines to team leadership.
