Job Summary
Senior Manager, Financial Operations to oversee end-to-end processes that determine advisor earnings accuracy and timely payouts. Leads bookings ingestion and payouts, driving process improvements, automation, and cross-functional collaboration between Finance, Product, Engineering, Data, and Advisor Experience. Manages a team across HQ and offshore, owns KPIs across bookings and payouts, and develops scalable workflows and tools to support advisor-facing earnings capabilities. Ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, takes ownership from start to finish, and builds better systems while developing strong cross-functional relationships. Strong preference for an MBA or advanced degree and experience in marketplaces, fintech, or payments, with a track record of building processes from scratch and partnering with engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years across consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startup environments; hands-on operational role preferred
- Operator mindset balancing strategic thinking with execution
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred
- Authorization to work in the United States (work authorization required; sponsorship not available)
