Job Summary
Senior Manager, Finance role leading financial planning, forecasting, and performance for key areas of the business; partner with senior leaders to translate objectives into actionable plans; build and lead a high-performing finance team; design scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and tools to support growth; drive data-driven decision-making, risk/opportunity identification, and alignment with company priorities; 7+ years of experience in strategic finance or related fields; Bachelor’s degree required; strong analytical and modeling skills; executive presence with ability to influence across cross-functional teams; hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the office in Chicago, New York City, or Denver.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics
- 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, systems implementation, analytics, or related fields
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to own financial planning and performance for a business unit or function
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional alignment
- Hybrid/office-based work experience and adaptability to a 3-days-in-office hybrid model
