Senior Manager, Finance Transformation - Consumer

Senior Manager in Deloitte Canada’s Finance Transformation practice leads end-to-end finance transformation programs for Consumer clients (retail, grocery, apparel, consumer products). Shape transformation roadmaps, conduct diagnostic assessments, and design future-state finance capabilities; oversee implementation across record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, FP&A, and management reporting. Manage multidisciplinary teams of technology, data, and industry specialists while advising clients on margin pressure, omnichannel complexity, and evolving consumer expectations. Strong emphasis on partnering with C-suite and senior finance leaders to enable data-driven decision-making, governance improvements, and ERP/EPM-enabled transformation; involves client relationship building, thought leadership, and contribution to market expansion. Undergraduate degree is required; CPA/MBA or other professional designation is an asset.
