Senior Manager – Finance Third Party Risk Management

Job Summary
Conduct inherent and residual risk assessments for third-party and intragroup arrangements using established TPRM methodologies. Coordinate due diligence outputs, monitor supplier performance indicators, and escalate material issues or policy exceptions. Maintain accurate records within TPRM systems, produce management information for Finance stakeholders, and support third-party incident remediation and deep-dive reviews. Serve as a trusted SME to the commercial function, ensuring contracts reflect appropriate risk considerations and aligning practices with business goals. Establish and maintain TPRM standards, implement robust assessment processes, and conduct regular audits to address compliance gaps. Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, and Information Security to facilitate controls testing and assurance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Support inherent and residual risk assessments for third‐party and intragroup arrangements using established TPRM methodologies
- Coordinate, review and maintain due diligence and assessment outputs to support risk acceptance and issue identification
- Monitor supplier performance and risk indicators, escalating material issues and policy exceptions
- Maintain accurate records within TPRM systems, ensuring strong data quality and audit trail
- Produce proportionate management information and reporting for Finance stakeholders and governance forums
- Support third‐party incidents, remediation activity and deep‐dive reviews where required
- Work collaboratively with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Information Security and other business owners to support effective risk management
- Serve as a trusted SME in third-party risk management, providing support to various finance departments in the selection, onboarding and management of third-party relationships
- Work closely with the commercial function to align third-party risk management practices with business goals and objectives
- Ensure that third-party contracts and agreements reflect appropriate risk considerations
- Prepare and present regular risk reports and dashboards
- Establish and maintain third-party risk management standards & key controls that enable effective risk mitigation
- Implement robust processes for assessing and monitoring third-party risk controls and performance
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify and address compliance gaps
- Collaborate with business units to establish and nurture strong relationships with key third-party vendors
- Oversee ongoing vendor performance monitoring and risk assessments
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry trends pertaining to third-party risk management
- Ensure that the organization's policies and practices remain fully compliant with relevant regulations
- Support strategic projects and ad-hoc tasks to support both change and run of a maturing TPRMO framework
- Facilitate any required TPRMO controls testing, assurance and / or audit examination requirements
