Job Summary
Senior Manager Finance Operations overseeing EIMEA accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance; lead an international team, drive process improvements and financial strategies; responsibilities include GL/AP/AR/FA, timely financial statements, audits coordination, transfer pricing compliance, master data integrity in SAP/Docuware, and clear communication with stakeholders; requires strong proficiency in German and English, and experience with SAP and financial systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field
- 8-10+ years progressively responsible experience in finance or accounting
- At least 4 years in managerial or supervisory capacity overseeing international finance teams
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting practices
- Proven track record in managing financial operations and implementing financial strategies
- Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, PowerBI/Microsoft Fabric, OneStream/Hyperion
- International travel experience desirable
