Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Finance will lead financial oversight and management reporting for funds, ensuring compliance, audit management, and liaising with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, delivering insights for strategic decisions, and managing audit processes. The ideal candidate will have an ACCA qualification or Degree in Accountancy, with 10-12 years of experience, including 5 years in a senior fund accounting role. Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and excellent communication skills are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- ACCA qualification or a Degree in Accountancy
- Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience
- At least 5 years in a fund controller or senior fund accounting role
- Strong technical knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards International (SFRS (I)) and fund structures and operations
- Proficient in financial analysis with a high level of accuracy and attention to details
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in private equity, real estate, or data centres is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across functions and levels.
