Job Summary
Senior Manager, Finance and Accounting Business Performance and Analysis leads FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting for up to two segments, delivering forward-looking financial insights, improving operational performance, and guiding strategic decisions. Acts as a bridge between finance and operations, partnering with business units and commercial finance to optimize opportunities, drive governance, and support client-retention initiatives. Leads a financial analyst team, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and leverages tools like Power BI and ERP systems to build data-driven insights. Requires CPA designation, CPA/finance background, and bilingual English-French proficiency; hybrid work arrangement in Etobicoke, ON.
Required Qualifications
- CPA designation required
- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles focusing on relationships with operational partners and improving financial and operational metrics
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading diverse teams in dynamic environments
- Fluent in English; bilingual proficiency in French is required
- Advanced financial modeling and performance management
- Experience with enterprise analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, AI-enabled analytics, ERP systems)
- Strong communication and partnership-building skills
