Job Summary
Serve as the senior reimbursement subject matter expert for Philips Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics products, advising customers and internal teams on provider economics, coding, coverage, payment, and payer requirements. Ensure all reimbursement information, resources, and customer-facing guidance are accurate, compliant, and clearly communicated. Develop and execute field reimbursement strategies that reduce access barriers for patients and providers, expand payer coverage, and improve payment pathways across new, evaluating, and established accounts. Partner with field sales leadership to set regional priorities, support customer education, and drive reimbursement objectives through frequent communication and business reviews. Build and maintain influential customer, payer, and stakeholder relationships through reimbursement-focused engagement, payer presentations, and provider education. Communicate complex reimbursement and health economic information in a clear, audience-appropriate manner to payers, providers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners. Collaborate with HEMAR, Marketing, Sales, Medical Education, Legal, and Compliance to identify payer access challenges, develop provider economic programs and tools, and align reimbursement strategy with business priorities. Provide voice-of-the-payer and voice-of-the-hospital insights to inform internal strategy, product development, and market access planning. Lead the development of annual reimbursement objectives, KPIs, reporting systems, and productivity tracking to measure field impact and business outcomes. Stay current on evolving health policy, reimbursement trends, and industry best practices through conferences, forums, and external engagement while supporting change efforts under general supervision. This is a field-based role requiring travel up to 40% and in-person presence at least three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of related field reimbursement experience
- Master's degree or higher in a related field
- Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 40% based on business needs
- US work authorization
- Ability to reside in or within commuting distance to posted locations
