Job Summary

Lead compliant scientific engagement with external experts across Hematology and gather actionable field insights from clinical practice and congress activities. Own complex field medical activities aligned with Medical Affairs strategy, including maintaining expert and investigator mapping. Deliver disease-state education to practitioners and researchers while contributing to evidence generation, medical education, and scientific communication. Support selected Medical Affairs projects and IIS and clinical-trial activities by translating scientific exchange into actionable insights. Requires fluency in Japanese and English, with approximately 40–60% travel. Join Regeneron's Global Medical Affairs team supporting the Hematology business area in a fast-growing, science-driven organization.

Required Qualifications

  • MD, PhD, or PharmD
  • Master's degree
  • 6+ years in pharmaceutical, clinical research, clinical practice, Medical Affairs, or related scientific roles
  • Ability to independently deliver advanced scientific engagement and high-quality field outcomes
  • Strong scientific communication and presentation skills with external and internal stakeholders
  • Experience building relationships with academic and clinical experts
  • Experience working in matrix organizations
  • Understanding of compliance requirements governing non-promotional Field Medical activities
  • Fluency in Japanese and English
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 40–60%
  • Strong teamwork, integrity, ownership, judgment, adaptability, and follow-through

Desired Qualifications

  • substantial Hematology experience
  • Master's degree with substantial Hematology experience
  • Deep scientific expertise in Hematology and solid tumors
  • hemato-oncology or immuno-Hematology experience
  • Prior Field Medical or Medical Science Liaison experience in Hematology
  • Experience supporting evidence generation, medical education, scientific communication, or Medical Affairs projects
