Job Summary
Engage with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers in hematologic malignancies as a trusted scientific resource. Build and maintain relationships while generating medical insights to advise strategy and development plans. Support clinical trial execution, collaborate on research communications, and attend medical congresses for scientific exchange. Required skills include expertise in hematology and the oncology landscape, familiarity with Canadian regulations, and a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities. Frequent travel up to 70% is essential.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of field medical or medical manager experience in biotech or pharma
- Solid knowledge of treatment guidelines
- Knowledge of clinical research and Canadian regulations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Strong background in hematology
- Experience in lymphoma or multiple myeloma
- Country readiness experience
- Established KOL relationships
